Working to Change the World

We are driven by our purpose that meaningful and sustainable employment has the power to change the world. We will always take seriously our responsibility and our commitment to reach, assess, train and upskill people of all communities because we know that work, education, skills and aspiration are critical parts of community cohesion and inclusive growth.

What Matters is Measured

We are committed to being part of the solution to the world’s challenges and are proud to support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We know that our impact is greatest in areas that are closest to our core expertise, in and around the world of work and aligned to our Sustainability Pillars: Ready to Work, Reskilling and Upskilling, Integrating and Including, and our new priority around Climate Action.

We are pleased to have extended our commitment to Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) objectives via the World Economic Forum’s Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics, developed by the International Business Council and focused on People, Planet, Prosperity and Governance.
